If you are in need of frequent services, book a set of hours to use and enjoy a reduced rate.
It's a great way to try out our concierge service and check off some items on your to-do list!
Purchase a certain number of hours upfront and these hours can be used at any time over a 6 month period.

Our standard hours are Monday to Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm. Bookings can be made outside of these days and times but will need to be negotiated and may incur an additional charge.

Memberships
Memberships
Lock in your hours with us each month, and you are guaranteed availability and access to your own dedicated personal travel concierge.* Plus, get free access to our reminder service and get email or text message reminders for all your important events e.g. long and short trips, doctor visits, museum outings etc.
Memberships are purchased on an automatically recurring subscription, for a minimum of 3 months.
Hours cannot be rolled over, however short breaks may be negotiated.
How We Work
How We Work
We provide all clients with regular monthly statements so you’ll know exactly how your hours are used, and we are happy to discuss duration prior to undertaking any tasks.
Our standard hours are Monday to Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm.
Although we try hard to provide as much flexibility as possible, availability cannot be guaranteed and we prefer 72 hours notice of all task. Our Clients find that booking is made easier to set up a direct debit to our account on a recurring basis, that way, they know that there’s no worry about falling short.
All travel services are a minimum of 1 hour.

A 30 day notice must be provided for any cancellations, except Clients with regular standing, uniform travel arrangements, which then requires a 14 day notice.
You and your personal concierge will arrange an ongoing weekly schedule to ensure availability of your Personal Travel Concierge. Tasks requested outside this schedule will ideally be requested with 48 hours' notice. That being said, we are usually able to accommodate most requests of shorter time-frames.
Your Travel Concierge will assist with luggage and will do all of the driving required.

After Arriving at a Destination, Wait time over 30 mins will incur a $5 charge for every 15 mins interval.
